What materials are used?

Our pieces are made with carefully selected base metals and finished with real gold leaf accents applied by hand. The Zen Jade Mandala Pendant features a genuine jade cabochon. Each item is handcrafted individually, so minor natural variations in tone and finish are inherent to the process.

Is real gold leaf used?

Yes. Real gold leaf is a core element of the Zen Collection. It is applied by hand as part of our craft process, giving each piece its distinctive warm luminosity. Because it is applied individually, no two pieces are exactly alike.

Is the jade genuine?

Yes. The Zen Jade Mandala Pendant features a genuine jade cabochon. Natural variation in tone and colour is characteristic of real jade and is part of what makes each piece distinct.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Our pieces are designed for general wear, but individual sensitivities vary. If you have known metal allergies or highly sensitive skin, we recommend reviewing the product details carefully or contacting us before purchase.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my ring size?

Our rings are available in US sizes 5–9. To find your size, measure the inner circumference of a ring that fits well, or wrap a strip of paper around your finger and measure the length. A full size guide is included on each ring product page. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.

What chain lengths are available for necklaces?

Our necklaces are available in 16" (40 cm), 18" (45 cm), and 20" (50 cm). A guide to pendant positioning for each length is included on each necklace product page.

What are the earring dimensions?

The Zen Cherry Blossom Drop Earrings have a drop length of approximately 28 mm and weigh approximately 3 g per pair — lightweight for all-day comfort. Full dimensions are listed on the product page.

Care & Wear

Can I wear it in water?

We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, bathing, or prolonged exposure to water. Water and moisture can affect the gold leaf finish and overall longevity of the piece.

How should I care for it?

• Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight
• Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear
• Remove before exercise, swimming, or sleeping

Will the gold leaf fade?

With normal wear and proper care, the finish maintains its appearance well. As with all handcrafted pieces, some natural aging may occur over time. Avoiding water, perfume, and abrasion will significantly extend the life of the finish.
