Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened incense and diffusers are final sale.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receipt.

If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo at hello@theyune.com and we will replace it or refund in full.
